CYCLE 2021: Healthy Meal Prep Course

During the course, besides planning what we are going to eat each day, choosing healthy and simple recipes to prepare, we will try to offer practical tips to have an organized weekly diet.

Get a head start on preparations partially or completed and keeping it in the refrigerator or freezer will help us get closer to our goal and spend little time for the final daily preparation.

From 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
